These are not 650c wheels...this is just a big bike. Tony Flores' custom Seven even has custom 200mm crank arms. This bike was built for stiffness but still weighs in at a meager 17.5 lbs. (Think 65cm-ish full titanium frame.)
At 6'5 there are not a lot of off the shelf bike options available and Tony was nervous about buying a bike that he couldn't see and ride before he committed. However, a few parking lot sprints later Tony is a custom bike believer.

man, i can't believe it :) i always thought it would be a nice looking bike and i'm glad to see it complete. i miss you guys at greensboro!
