Paceline has changed water suppliers for both stores.
One reason we changed is because Primo water uses
cups and bottles made from corn. These bottles and cups
are 100% compostable and feel just like plastic.
We thought that was cool.

TIME TRIAL WINNERS!!!

The First annual Paceline Bicycles Indoor Time Trial
Series came to close on Saturday. The last 2 months
have been so much fun!!! Everyone who participated did
an amazing job. I can speak from experience, That Time
Trial was HARD!!! Congratulations to everyone, and
start getting prepared for the next installment. Here

Carol Herman Rides to Victory!!

Only days after getting her new Cervelo P3 Carbon
with HED jet 60 wheels, Carol Herman dusted the
field at the Inside out Duathlon in Wilmington, NC
over the weekend. Carol won her age group with
impressive form. She is aiming for the Duathlon
World Championships this year. Carol has made it
to the Worlds in past years but hopes to claim the
total prize this year

Time Trial Ends This Week

Well Folks, the Indoor Time Trial Series
has been one of the most fun events Paceline
has ever done, and sadly, This Saturdsy will
be the last day of the series....
But wait....that may be great news because the
weather is looking bleak, so come get an
amazing workout and test your limit.
Since it is the last day we already have
lots of people ready to go, So we will have
scheduled times. Here are the available slots
at the WINSTON-SALEM store. If you sign up for
a certain time slot, you will have a 10 min window
to show up, otherwise someone else can take it:

Indoor Time Trial
15:19 stood for an unbelieveable month.
The challengers came almost everyday.
some came close,,,some gave it their best, but
no one could beat it....until now...

Eric "the man" Morrison laid down a blistering
new time of 15:01. That is impressive!!!
Only 10 days left. Come and give it your best try
before it's too late....

"THE THREE HOUR TOUR"

You've all seen the beginning of the television show "Gilligans Island" right?Picturesque morning, sun shining, blue skies, cheerful -willing participants.
-cut to the next scene- boat sloshing, waves rolling, lightning crashing...
then those 4 words.... "a three hour tour"
We've all been there on a bike. What started out as a slow 1 hour ride soon
turns into a 6 hour saga because of one wrong turn while you were eating a powerbar.
Well two of Paceline's finest experienced their own saga
last Sat. on the Virginia Creeper Trail.
Chad Milburn and Bob Callender set off early that morning..say around 10:30 am
with 9 Almond Joys, two bottles of water a piece, and their new Cannondale mtn bikes.
72 miles, 12 hours, 1 bottle of Gatorade, and a Subway sub later, they finally made it back to the car. 8,000 calories burned. Good thing they took lights.

Serinity for Sirena

Sirena Lunsford gets some bling!!!
Sirena finished 3rd in last Sunday's
Winter Cross Series Race in Salisbury.
It's Sirena's first podium.
She was new to cyclocrossthis year
and has shown that she is a Phenom!!!!
She finished 6th overall for the Fall series
and is looking forward to next week's race.
Watch out for her and Chancey at the Town
Mountain Hill climb this year!!!!
Great job Sirena!!!
